On July 16, 2018 Dominion Voting Systems (“Dominion Voting”) announced that was acquired Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm. The firm was founded in 2009 by Stephen D. Owens and Hootan Yaghoobzadeh, who are also involved ay Cerberus Capital Management, and board members of Dominion Voting Systems. Staple Street also recently acquired Ivy Technology and CyberLink.
Staple Street has not filed an SEC form D since 2015 for $200 million capital raise, yet in October 2020 they raised $800 million? Also 10/27 another Fund incorporation pending in Delaware, yet it is interesting to note that the Staple Street website is suddenly shut down.
William E. Kennard is an Executive Board Member of Staple Street Capital, and also worked for The Carlyle Group. He was nominated by Obama to be ambassador to the EU in 2009 and was a member of Secretary of State John Kerry’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board. Kennard was behind Obama’s negotiations with Transatlantic Trade. He appointed by Bill Clinton to be chairman of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission in 1997. He was also managing director of the Carlyle Group from 2001 to 2009.
In other words, he is a Globalist.
Staple Street Capital’s co-founders and Board members of Dominion Voting Systems, Stephen D. Owens, was a managing director of the Carlyle Group from 1998 to 2009. And Hootan Yaghoobzadeh worked for the Carlyle Group in 2002/2003 and for Cerberus Capital Management from 2003 to 2009.
The main players running Dominion Voting Systems are all related to The Carlyle Group.
The Carlyle Group is a multinational private equity firm and alternative asset management and financial services corporation with more than $203 billion in assets.
In 2015, The Carlyle Group was the world’s largest private equity firm, based on capital raised over the previous five years, although it has since slipped into second place.
The Carlyle Group has been managed former US Government personnel, including its president Frank Carlucci, former deputy director of the CIA before he became Defense Secretary. Carlucci’s deputy was James Baker III, who was US Secretary of State under George Bush senior.
The financial assets of the Saudi Binladen Corporation (SBC) were also managed by the Carlyle Group. Just after 9/11/2001, the Bin Laden family liquidated its holdings in Carlyle’s funds.
Many influential characters are associated with The Carlyle Group, including George Soros; Colin Powell, former Secretary of State; Caspar Weinberger, former Defense Secretary; James Baker III, former Secretary of State, Richard Darman, former White House Budget Director; John Major, former UK Prime Minister; Fidel Ramos, former Philippines President; Park Tae Joon, former South Korean Prime Minister; Saudi Prince Al-Walid; and also several bin Laden family members. Others include Alice Albright, daughter of Madeleine Albright, former Secretary of State; Arthur Lewitt, former SEC head; William Kennard, former head of the FCC; Karl Otto Pöhl, former Bundesbank president; Henri Martre, former president of Aerospatiale; and Bilderberg member Etienne Davignon.
Carlyle was one of the largest investors in leveraged buyout transactions from 2000–2010, and invested in Accolade Wines, Booz Allen Hamilton, PA Consulting, Dex Media, Dunkin’ Brands, Supreme, Freescale Semiconductor, Getty Images, HCR ManorCare, Hertz, Kinder Morgan, Nielsen, United Defense, and other companies.
Carlyle acquired AlpInvest in 2011, which is one of the largest private equity investment managers globally with over €38 billion under management.
Dominion Voting is a huge swamp creature with tentacles all over the world!
We believe it will be proven conclusively that there is a deep, systematic nationwide as well as global organized crime chain involving many national and global political figures, crony “capitalists” and technocrats, media barons, and central bankers at the highest levels.
