Under the legislation, if a doctor determines that a minor is capable of informed consent, they would be able to receive government-recommended vaccinations their parents object to on religious grounds.
So if a doctor determines that a minor is capable of informed consent, would they be able to make other choices about their bodies, like the choice to have sex (with adults?), transition their gender, take drugs (including pharma) or drink alcohol etc etc without their parents consent? Do we all see where this slippery slope is headed?
NY bills S4244c/A6564c are aimed directly at home schooled kids. It would allow children 14-years-old and up to be given any vaccine without your knowledge or consent. Kids in school are up to date so who is this aimed at? And the main focus of this bill will be to get as many kids as possible injected with Gardasil.
This bill crosses that very important line and takes away your right to even know what vaccines your child is given.
